Information submitted with an inquiry
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, message and any optional company, country, phone, model, quantity and application details you provide. It also records the source page and campaign tags, when available, to understand the inquiry's context. Do not include payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive information.
How the information is used
Submitted inquiries are stored in the website's database and made available to the sales team for responding and following up. The website uses Supabase for storage and an email service, Resend, for sales notifications when configured. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or authorize payment.
Verification and usage measurement
Where configured, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to reduce automated abuse. Where Google Analytics is configured, the site measures page visits, inquiry completion and clicks on contact or specification-sheet links. Our custom analytics events do not include your name, email, phone number or inquiry text. These service providers may process technical information such as browser and network data under their own policies.
Drafts and requests about your information
While this page remains open, form entries may be held in page memory to preserve a draft when changing language. The form does not save personal drafts to local storage or cookies. For questions about an inquiry or to request a correction or deletion, contact the sales team using the Contact page. Requests require review; there is no automated deletion feature on this website.
